Digital products
Because our eBooks are digital content delivered immediately after payment, all sales are generally final once the download link has been delivered.
EU right of withdrawal
At checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the digital content is made available to you.
When we will help
- The file is faulty, damaged or cannot be opened.
- You were charged twice for the same product.
- You never received access and we can't resolve it.
In these cases we'll provide a working file or a refund.
How to request help
Email support@ebonexa.store within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
